What shipping do you offer?
We deliver to Metropolitan Melbourne addresses ONLY within 30 kms of the CBD, Monday to Fridays only. Weekends and public holidays we may be able to arrange local pick up, as long as it is organised prior to ordering online.
Shipping options are as follows:
Choosing shipping means you agree to allow the gift/ plant to be delivered and left at the shipping address provided. Our couriers will do everything to ensure that it is received by a person, or left out of sight. But in the instance that this can not be achieved, the courier has permission to leave the plant on the door step. If you don't wish for this to occur. Please contact us and discuss a better alternative.
- Free delivery Zone to selected surrounding suburbs including Melbourne CBD. Check below if your suburb is included. This does not include shipping for Large Cactus****. Delivery terms are the same as $12 flat rate delivery outlined below.
If you wish to purchase a Cactus and can not pick it up from our studio, please contact us for a delivery fee.
- Flat rate shipping $12.00 to Melbourne metro (within 30kms of the CBD), 1-4 business day delivery. Not shipped on Friday, Saturday, Sundays or public Holidays, so please allow extra times if you order on these days. This is only to suburbs that are within a 30 KM radius of the CBD. It is your responsibility as the customer to know if the delivery address is within this range. If you proceed with the order and it is outside of 30kms we will email you to discuss further, likely requesting further delivery fee.
- Same day shipping $19.00 to Melbourne Metro (within 30kms of the CBD) but requires orders to be made by 10am the day of delivery. Only available Wednesday and Fridays.
Delivery will be made before 6pm that day, and we can not guarantee a time as it can be delivered by a third party courier.
- Local Pickup from Pascoe Vale South. Monday- Fridays or weekends and public holidays only by prior appointment.
For all deliveries please leave as much information as possible in the comments box at the checkout. Please always be as descriptive as possible, to ensure we can get your item to you with no issues.

Why can you not guarantee A flat rate shipping timeline?
We can not guarantee the flat rate shipping timeframe because we often use a third party courier service. It usually delivers by the next day within Melbourne. But to avoid disappointment due to many factors, we say 1-4 business days to be safe. However we will email you an update of shipping information once the order has been shipped.
We will not ship flat rate orders on a Friday as this means the plants will stay in transit over the weekend, which we want to avoid. So if you place a flat rate shipping order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will automatically be set for delivery for the following business day.
When can I order same day DELIVERIES?
You can make same day orders Monday to Friday as long as an order has been made before 11 am on that business day and we will get them delivered by 6 pm that day. Otherwise you can select this option after 11am for next day delivery and we will ensure it meets you or your giftee by 6 pm the following business day. If you order a same day delivery option on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday it will automatically be set to be delivered the following business day.
When can i pick up my order?
We offer local pick up from Pascoe Vale South, Melbourne. Just select this option at the check out. We will email you to organise a pick up time and our address.
We accept pick up Monday- Friday depending on availability.
For urgent orders, please contact us prior to ordering online so we can arrange a time suited to you.
We can not guarantee availability on the weekend or public holidays either, therefore you will need to email us at email@example.com.
*Please note upon selecting local pick up at the checkout, you will still need to put your contact details and address into the order form. You will receive an email confirming your order and it will state shipping to your address, but this is not correct. We will send you a follow up email confirming pick up and with details to follow.
What happens if i live in an apartment, can you deliver to me?
Yes we can. We can deliver to secure buildings, business addresses and hospitals. However, the purchaser takes responsibility of ensuring all relevant information is given to us to get the item to the correct place, as well as the recipient being home or present upon delivery, if there is no where safe to leave the item. (We will not leave a plant in a foyer of an apartment building, for example.) Also please note, some hospitals don't accept Plants to be given to patients, in this instance we can not leave the plant at that facility.
If, for any reason, the item can not be delivered to the recipient due to lack of details or not being home, the courier have the right to leave it in a safe place where they see fit. If this is not an option (at their discretion), then the item will then be taken back to the office, and will only be re-delivered once another delivery fee has been paid, as well as alternate delivery details. There are no refunds in this instance.
Can you do custom Orders ?
Yes. If you have a specific plant you are after please email us and we can source it for you. And make a custom order for you.
Same if you have a pot but want a plant from our range for it. Get in touch and we can absolutely find you something to fit your pot.
Can you Ship Interstate?
If you are wanting a delivery to a state other than Victoria, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a custom delivery fee.
Unfortunately due to quarantine reasons we can only ship pots and homewares to Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory.
Can you Ship International?
We do not currently ship our products internationally.
If you believe you have received a damaged, ill or dead item please contact us immediately and send through photos of the item still in its packaging, how you found it. This needs to be done, no later than 24 hours after delivery of the item.
Also if you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact us to chat and we will try to help you as much as possible. We want our customers to always be happy with their purchases and tell others about our business.
Sorry, but we do not accept returns for change of mind.

can i order a gift on the weekend?
You sure can! However it won't be shipped until the next business day. If you require something urgently and wish to pick it up from Pascoe Vale South, please email us at email@example.com and we can make an appointment for pick up on the weekend and public holidays, at our discretion.
